黄洪明提供 今年年初，我们应邀到宜兴市杨巷镇西部的黄家村参观。这里是江苏省著名的华夏安装第一村，是依靠工业和建筑安装业腾飞。黄家村工业和建筑安装业起步于上世纪70年代，2005年度全村实现工业应税销售20000万元，建筑安装工程额139800万元。黄家村最大企业是宜兴市工业设备安装有限公司，资质为国家总承包一级企业，拥有企业职工6千多人，是黄家村劳动力转移的主要阵地。 黄家村与溧阳接壤，溧杨公路穿村而过。全村总面积5800多亩，其中耕地面积3461亩，总人口3460人，集体固定资产3千多万元，村级年收入280万元左右。1995年起，连年为宜兴市十强村、宜兴市文明村，被授予省卫生村、无锡工业明星村等称号。2007年被市委、市政府列为建设社会主义现代化新农村示范先行村之一，同年9月先后通过省四星级卫生村、省生态村验收。 黄家村人的富裕验证了“无工不富”的道理，在黄家村除了发达的安装业，还有7家骨干工业企业。在发展工业的同时，黄家村人也不忘祖祖辈辈的基业，黄家村拥有1156亩渔塘、900亩左右的规模粮田、300多亩蔬菜基地，亦工亦农的黄家村民人均年收入预计可超1.8万元。黄家村股份经济合作社运作正常，每年年底兑现社员股金分红。2007年镇规划的工业A区落户黄家村，为村级经济发展和致富农民又提供一个新的舞台。 村级经济的发展，也加快了社会各项事业的建设步伐。如今，在黄家村，全村水泥道路已达6万平方米，主村道全部实行硬化、绿化和亮化，全村环境绿化率达到城镇化水平，村内垃圾和粪便实现集中处理，村内设有社区卫生医疗站、图书室、理发室、便民超市、老年活动室、篮球场、乒乓室等便民场所和文体活动场所，村内组建有锣鼓队、合唱队、舞蹈队等文艺团体，村民100%免费享有农民大病医疗保险待遇，老年人每月领取80元养老金，村民生活水平和生活质量显著提高。
