程小全
程小全,男,博士, 1966 年 12 月生于江西省崇仁县。现任北航航空科学与工程学院飞机系飞机设计研究所副教授。
1987 年毕业于西北工业大学飞机系飞行器结构强度专业,获学士学位,后分配到中国航空工业总公司第 602 研究所(中国直升机设计研究所)升力系统室,主要从事直升机主桨和尾桨的强度设计分析工作。 1992 年入北航飞行器设计专业攻读硕士, 1994 年提前转入攻读飞行器设计专业博士, 1998 年获工学博士学位。同年转入北京航空材料研究院材料科学与工程博士后流动站做博士后,在该院的先进复合材料国防科技重点实验室开展研究工作。 2000 年 9 月出站后到北航航空科学与工程学院飞机设计研究所工作至今。
现任中国复合材料学会理事, 兼科技发展与咨询工作委员会副主任委员、第三届力学专业委员会委员。
承担过国家 863 研究项目,在国内外重要学术期刊和国际会议上发表论文近 50 篇,主编或参编《现代民用飞机结构与系统》、《 飞机部件与系统设计 》以及《飞行器结构学》等教材,总计编写约 56 万字。主要研究方向有复合材料结构设计技术、复合材料结构损伤容限及抗损伤设计研究、复合材料结构修理研究、缝合复合材料结构性能研究、复合材料试验力学研究等。
Cheng Xiaoquan, male, Ph.D. He was born in Chongren county, Jiangxi province in Dec. 1966. He is associate professor in Aeronautical Science and Technology College , Beihang University .
He graduated from major of Flight Vehicle Structure Strength in Aircraft Department of Northwestern Polytechnical University in 1987 and got Bachelor Degree. And then he worked in Lift System Department in the 602 Institute of Chinese Aviation Industry General Corporation (Chinese Helicopter Research and Development Institute). His main subjects were strength design and analysis of main rotor blades and tail blades. He went into Beihang University for Master Degree in 1992 and for Ph.D in 1994 in major of Flight Vehicle Design. And he got Ph.D in 1998, then went to Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Material (BIAM) to do post-doctor research in major of Material Science and Engineering. He finished his research in National Key Laboratory of Advanced Composites, BIAM in Sept. 2000. Then he has been working in Aircraft Design Institute in Aeronautical Science and Technology College , Beihang University until now.
Now he is council member of Chinese Society for Composite Materials and vice head member of council of Technology Development and Consultative Committee, council of the 3 rd Mechanical Specialized Committee.
He had been in charge of one item of National 863 Projects. He has published about 50 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals and international conferences. He has edited and compiled three books, including Modern Civil Airplane Structures and Systems , Aircraft Components and Systems Design and Flight Vehicle Structures , totally about 560,000 words. His main subjects are design technology of composite structures, damage tolerance and damage resistance design of composite structures, studies on composite structure repair, studies on properties of stitched composite structures and experimental mechanics of composite materials, et al.
